Máquina de estado da mensagem M2M.

Saída: PENDENTE → ENVIADO | ERRO(transitório) → [teto] PAUSADO → CANCELADO. ERRO é transitório (entre tentativas); ao atingir max-tentativas vira PAUSADO (com alarme) e aguarda o operador — não fica preso em ERRO. ENVIADO e CANCELADO são terminais. Entrada: estado único RECEBIDO (auditoria).

Native-image: sem @ReflectiveAccess — a tela migrou pra JTE compilado (decisão 0025), ${s.name()}/${m.getStatus().name()} viram chamada Java no template gerado. O enum como campo da entidade é coberto pela feature Micronaut Data no AOT.
