Direção da mensagem M2M. SAIDA é o outbox real (o remetente é dono do retry); ENTRADA é só auditoria simétrica no receptor (nunca reenvia).

Native-image: sem @ReflectiveAccess — a tela migrou pra JTE compilado (decisão 0025), ${d.name()} vira chamada Java no template gerado. O enum como campo da entidade é coberto pela feature Micronaut Data no AOT.
