Máquina de estado da mensagem M2M.

Saída: PENDENTE → ENVIADO | ERRO(transitório) → [teto] PAUSADO → CANCELADO. ERRO é transitório (entre tentativas); ao atingir max-tentativas vira PAUSADO (com alarme) e aguarda o operador — não fica preso em ERRO. ENVIADO e CANCELADO são terminais. Entrada: estado único RECEBIDO (auditoria).

Native-image: @ReflectiveAccess porque a view mensageria.html chama s.name()/m.status.name() via OGNL (reflection) — sem o hint o render dá 500 sob AOT. Fica na lib (propaga à frota; padrão item 145).
