Declarada diretamente nas classes de teste (não só na superclasse), para o Micronaut Test aplicar TestPropertyProvider e sobrescrever o jdbc:... do application.yml.

Exige @TestInstance(Lifecycle.PER_CLASS) na classe de teste: com o ciclo padrão PER_METHOD não há instância em beforeAll, então getProperties() não é chamado e o datasource continua o do YAML.
